The proximity to the beach, just steps away from the back of the hotel, was a definite highlight. the poolside room I stayed in was a hit with my kids, and the provided beach beds saved me from extra rental expenses. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more delightful. the amenities, such as the provided toiletries and DVD player, were thoughtful additions that enhanced my comfort during the stay. the daily treats and complimentary fruits added a special touch to the experience, showcasing the attention to detail at Ossotel. While some minor issues like the delayed hot water and initial musty smell in the room were noted, they were negligible compared to the overall positive experience.
